We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all course enrollments. If you are not satisfied with your course within the first 14 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment
  • Less than 30% of course content has been accessed
  • No certificates have been issued
  • The course materials have not been downloaded or shared

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since enrollment
  • More than 30% of course content has been accessed
  • A course completion certificate has been issued
  • The student has violated our Terms and Conditions

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
