We provide online educational courses in programming and design. Course content, materials, and access are provided as described in each course listing. We reserve the right to modify course content to maintain quality and relevance.
To enroll in courses, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Course fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
All course materials, including videos, documents, and code, are the intellectual property of Isaps Course 2009. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access materials for personal educational use only.
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior in all interactions. Harassment, cheating, or misuse of course materials may result in account termination without refund.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee course completion will result in specific employment outcomes. Individual results may vary based on effort and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isaps Course 2009 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
